Resident Guide to Zark

Get your parking flex on!

The Zark experience is tailored to your community. Sign in with the email on file with your community to discover the parking features and resident benefits available to you.

With Zark implemented at your community, it's important that everyone does their part to park in assigned or reserved parking spaces only. An open parking space does not indicate that the space is available to park in and may be reserved by a fellow community member. Always check the Zark app before parking to secure a space in your desired location.

Extra parking made simple

Zark syncs with your property's resident directory allowing us to identify when parking spaces become available due to a new vacancy, or a change in another resident's long-term parking needs. There may also be spaces in your community dedicated to Zark that are signed and marked with a QR code.

These extra spaces in your community are Zarking Spaces and are available to reserve for you and your guests*.

  • Secure a space for up to 7 days
  • Auto-renew secures your space for extended stays
  • Come and go as you please, the space is yours for the duration of your reservation
  • Manage a space for an extra vehicle
  • Manage your guests parking*
  • Guests can also download and use the Zark app*
  • Real-time reservation updates
  • Parking availability notifications
  • Automatic re-assignment if a space becomes unavailable
  • Request a tow if someone is in your space**
*Check with your community guidelines regarding hosting guests.
**Tow enforcement is not available in all communities.

Someone's in my Zarking space, what should I do?

If there is a vehicle illegally parked in a space you booked on Zark - you can report the issue in app; tap "Someone's in my space" on your active reservation and we will automatically reassign you to the next available space.
